Bill is Chenoa's own 'Mr Love 'Em' !!! :-) Pats and cuddles all round for the k9's, ball throwing a favourite past-time too!! He is also our 'Mr Fix It', 'Mr Build It', 'Executive Coffee Maker' and our Jack of all Trades!!

Abbey graduated from Canada West Canine Centre (Salmon Arm, BC) in 2006 and uses this basis to train her own dogs, with the ultimate objective being a calm and balanced pack. She worked in the pet food industry for 5 years and can assist in the basic understanding of Raw (BARF) feeding. Abbey can help you make healthy feeding choices, whether it be Raw or Dry and direct you to knowledgeable people in the industry if you want more in-depth information. Mid 2009, she completed another short course in basic Pet Nutrition and also Pet First Aid.
Bill and Abbey are owned by 4 wonderful K9's and 2 gorgeous Kitty Kats. Chenoa (Leo) is the Boss @ Chenoa's K9 Club, Tokoda (Leo) is her Right Hand Man. Bailey (Malamute Husky X), is in charge of Staff- Room Naps and Pepper (Border Collie X), is the Grooming Room Supervisor. Shadow and Kymba stay home and are in charge of sleeping!!
Leah has lived with and been guardian to K9's most of her life. She is a loyal and reliable team member who gives her 'absolute all' in caring for Chenoa's Day Care clients. Caring for K9's is not just a job to Leah, it is a way of life!! She truly does Love 'em All !!
Leah is owned by Princess (Rottie), Jasper (Rottie X), Maggie Mae (Shih Tzu X) and 2 Kitty Kats, Candy Kane and Miss Kitty.
Cori has been a very faithful, dedicated volunteer and is now part of our regular team. With an unsurpassable passion and eagerness to learn as much as she can about K9 behaviour and interaction, Cori is a valued member of our team.
Cori is owned by Monte (Maremma X) and Skip (Border Collie X).
Cari has expertise in Nutrition and Behaviour Modification. She contracts to Chenoa's and runs sessions such as Mastering the Walk. Cari is currently putting together obedience classes and sessions targeting every day challenges dog guardians face such as Barking and Jumping.
Cari is owned by Verona and Java (Bichon's)
Our Groomer: Sandy has more than 6 years all breed grooming experience. She is well equipped to cope with problematic dogs and deal with each K9 guest in a patient, caring and gentle way. Chenoa's 'New Breed Dog Bath' makes our grooming salon the perfect 'SPA' experience for your pooch!! :-)
Sandy is owned by Meesha (Shih Tzu) and Gizmo (Parrot)
Volunteers and Supporters:
Marina works part-time and excels in the endless administrative tasks, from price lists and quotes to keeping our filing and client charts in order. She also admirably tends to our K9 clients in the Day Care and volunteers many hours for back breaking cleaning, an endless chore @ Chenoa's. :-)
Marina is owned by Blue (Chow X), Porsche (Border Collie X) and Bam Bam & Pebbles (Kitty Kats).
Stan and Heather are true workaholics!! They have supported Chenoa's K9 Club right from the time of it being a mere 'thought and dream' to the reality of Open Day. They tirelessly contribute to keeping Chenoa's clean and tidy, have donated equipment to make life easier and more comfortable, and support us in more ways than can be mentioned.
Stan and Heather are owned by Norma Jean (Leo). Norma Jean is a sibling and great friend to Chenoa and Tokoda. We proudly accepted her as the first registered Day Care client. Ripley (Pom), Amy and Reba (Kittie Kats), keep Norma Jean in line, or try to!!! Nicholas (AKA Pickles), a Rotti X (??) joined the muchly loved pack of Heather and Stan in Dec. 2009.
